What is the return policy?
Wear Way Return & Exchange Policy
1. Returns & Exchanges Accepted Within:
- 30 days from the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
2. What Can Be Returned?
- T-shirts, trousers, and other apparel (unless marked as final sale).
- Defective or damaged items (report within 7 days of delivery).
3. Return Process:
- Contact us at wearway7@gmail.com or through our website to initiate a return.
- Include your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label (if applicable).
4. Refunds:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
5. Exchanges:
- Exchanges are free for size or color changes (subject to availability).
- Customer covers return shipping unless the item is defective.
6. Final Sale Items:
- Clearance or discounted items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
7. International Returns:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees.
8. Store Credit Option:
- Prefer store credit? We’ll issue a Wear Way e-gift card for the item’s value.

1. No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds
- All purchases at Wear Way are final sale.
- Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at wearway7@gmail.com with:
- We’ll review and may offer a replacement or store credit (no cash refunds).
3. Order Accuracy
- Double-check your size, color, and shipping details before purchasing—we cannot modify orders after payment.
4. No Cancellations After Purchase
